INDOOR EXHIBITION SPACE (raw space)

Custom stands allow the exhibitor to design and build their stand to their own specifications. Lighting and electrical installations are the responsibility of the exhibitor. Raw space (bare flooring) only is provided. Minimum booking for custom stands is 36sqm and stand designs must be approved by the organiser prior to the event. (Two-storey stands may be permitted at the discretion of the Organiser and, if approved, will incur an additional charge for the upper level)

Cost Ground floor space area - A$945 per sqm
(For two-storey stands, if approved, an extra cost of A$600 per sqm will apply to the upper level area)

WALL STANDS (shell scheme)

This option provides the exhibitor with a ready-built 9sqm (3m x 3m) shell scheme unit. It includes partitioned side and back melamine walls 2.5m high, fascia board with the company name facing the aisle, two spotlights, one 10amp power point and carpet. Furnishing of these stands is at the exhibitor’s expense.

Cost A$8,950 per unit

CONFERENCE FACILITIES

Conference and meeting rooms will be available on site for exhibitors to conduct conferences, seminars, symposia, product launches and meetings. The conference rooms comprise theatre style seating, lectern, public address system and head table. Any additional audio visual or furniture requirements can be ordered through the Official Suppliers at the conference convenor’s expense.

DISPLAY GAZEBOS

Display gazebos are free standing structures sold in conjunction with static displays that are not suitable for internal display. Each gazebo is provided as standard with one 10amp power point and company signage. Upgrade options such as flooring and fencing are at the exhibitor’s expense. Display gazebos are situated near access routes within the venue and, depending on site conditions,may be located in proximity to light aircraft on static display.

  A$6,850 per 5m x 5m gazebo
Additional external space A$300 per sqm

OUTDOOR EXHIBITION (external raw space)

Outdoor space for free-standing exhibits. May be on grass, tarmac, or a combination as available. Power is available but not included.

Cost A$300 per sqm

Additional area for exhibitor supplied buildings on grass, tarmac or a combination as available. Building must be approved by the Organiser.

Cost A$650 per sqm
